And if you didn’t have enough to already be thankful for…  Never underestimate Peter Jackson.  Just as he has done in the past, Sir Peter surprised fans once again during Thanksgiving weekend by providing the final Hobbit production video blog before the movie release, this one focusing on post production of the video.  In the video, Jackson narrates and takes fans on a behind the scenes tour of post production and how to turn un cut footage into the magical world of Middle Earth.  Below is the video.
